The route is marked with yellow arrows, and there is an information board by the church in Voldum. The route passes Clausholm estate, which belongs to Clausholm Castle. Moreover, there is a connection from Hvalløs to the natural area Alling Å, where there is parking, an information board, picnic tables, and a birdwatching tower. Generally, there are several places along the northern stretch (Dyrehavevej) with a beautiful view over Alling Ådal. The entire stretch is asphalted and therefore easy to walk and cycle on, but Clausholmvej is quite busy.
