Haraldslundvej (4km)

The route starts from Grundfør, from where there are 3 other trails. There is a single information board about access rules at the forest in the northern end. In the forest, you walk on the edge of a fairly large and deep valley. From the extension of Hovvej (the field path) in the southern end, there is a beautiful view. In the corner between Haraldslundsvej and Møllevej, there is said to have previously been a wetland, "Skjespehovedet". The route passes by meadows and pastures, and there is also a lake by the forest in the northern end. The route also goes past high-stemmed beech forest with elements of other forest types, including a former apple orchard, where the trees are now getting too old. There is quite a bit of dead wood on the part of the route that goes through the forest. The route is nice to walk, and there are both paved country roads and gravel roads - however, there is quite a steep ascent from west to east through the forest. It is quite difficult to cycle through the forest. Dogs and riding are not allowed in the part that goes through the forest.
