Stars at Udbyhøj N - Green route

Part of the Randers Fjord Path Project. The green route is 3 km long and runs from Udbyhøj Marina along the Dikes, to the Shelter site by the Fjord Center and back through the most beautiful nature and Udbyhøj town.
At the shelter site, there is 1 shelter, tables and benches, and a multi-toilet. Water can be fetched from the outer wall at the Fjord Center.
At the site, a nature restoration project has created toad ponds to protect the wildlife in the area.
Along the route, the view of the Kattegat is breathtaking, and seals and many birds can often be seen.
In Udbyhøj, during the summer months, you can enjoy a pancake at Ice and Pancakes. Before returning to the harbor, you pass Udbyhøj Beach and Denmark's only cable ferry, Udbyhøj Cable Ferry. It is powered solely by shore power.
At the harbor, you can enjoy an ice cream or a hot dog, borrow fishing gear at Grejbasen, and spend the night in the floating shelters.

The route is part of the overall red Route "Randers Fjord Path," which can be followed all the way (32 km) to Randers.
