The path is 5.3 km long and takes you through the green belt in Sædding-Ådalen and Fovrfeld. The path goes through green areas and along the water via Sædding Lighthouse, Fyrvej, Sædding Beach, past the sculpture Man by the Sea, the Fisheries and Maritime Museum, Brillesøerne, and back to Sædding Center.
