On the trip, you will also pass several burial mounds - including Uhrehøje, after which the plantation is named. Uhrehøje Plantation is located in an area that was formed at the end of the last Ice Age. Today, you can thus experience a hilly landscape consisting of a varying layer of moraine clay and sand that has been pushed together by the ice. The surface of the route consists of asphalt, gravel, soil, and sand. The terrain is very hilly. There are 2 parking lots associated with the route, and you will also find a nature base in the plantation, where there are shelters, a campfire site, and picnic tables.
