The water stage begins in Løgstør near the fjord. Here you can start with a detour north to Aggersund, where you can experience Aggersborg, a ring fort from the Viking Age. The stage follows the Himmerland Path with heathlands, plantations, and small station towns. If you are up for more hiking and another detour, the Himmerland Heaths are recommended.
