On the journey from the plantations west of Thorning to Tollund, west of Funder Kirkeby, you will walk among other things on Grathe Hede, where famous battles of kings have taken place, and by the lovely Bølling Lake. It is a long, but varied stage with open land, plantations, heaths, and ancient monuments.
