The long stage of 21.4 kilometers from Jels to Vojens starts at Jels Søerne, where you can see the bronze sculpture Jels Pigen. From here, the route goes through some beautiful natural areas, including Stursbøl Plantation and Oksenvad Hede along Nørre Å. In several places in the plantation, you walk on branches of the Hærvejen.
