Kongeåstien - Section 5 from Villebøl to Foldingbro

The route starts at the rest area by the Villebøl Bridge south of Tobøl, where you will find an information screen, toilet facilities, as well as tables and benches. There is also a campsite with a small shop. Follow the Kongeå River on the north side eastward through the low valley with meadows and grazing animals. Between Nielsby and Foldingbro, at the oak thicket and the high slopes, refugees crossed the river during World War I. The journey ends at Foldingbro, where there is an information screen and toilets at the campsite. At the Reunification Mound, there are table-bench sets.

The Kongeå Path is a primitive but clearly marked trail that stretches a total of 68.5 kilometers. The route is divided into 10 stages and 5 loops, each offering unique natural experiences and exciting cultural history along the Kongeå River. Read more at www.kongeaastien.dk.
