South of Tobøl, at the rest area Villebøl, you can take a short round trip east along the Kongeåen. The north and south sides are connected by an architect-designed bridge, specially designed for the Kongeåsti project, with a span of 18.5 meters. At the start and end point, there is a digital information screen that conveys the history and nature of the Kongeåen.
The Kongeåsti is a primitive, but clearly marked footpath that stretches a total of 68.5 kilometers. The route is divided into 10 stages and 5 round trips, each offering unique nature experiences and exciting cultural history along the Kongeåen. Read more at www.kongeaastien.dk.
