The route has its official start in the town park near Nørager Kro, where parking is also available.
The route is 3 km long and can be started anywhere along the route, wherever it suits best.
The surface is a mix of asphalt, gravel, forest paths, and grass fields, and the route is marked with Heart Trail pictograms.
The route is not wheelchair accessible, although during dry periods it is possible to use a stroller.
