The route officially starts in the town park near Nørager Kro, where there is also parking available nearby.
The route is 6.1 km long, and you can start anywhere along the route that suits you best.
The surface is a mix of asphalt, gravel, forest paths, and meadows, and the route is marked with Heart Trail pictograms.
The route is not wheelchair accessible, but during dry periods, it is possible to use a stroller.
