The hike starts from a small parking lot on the north side of Nors Lake. You begin by walking along the western edge of the plantation and pass by the Iceberg, which is a distinctive viewpoint. The highest point in Hansholm Wildlife Reserve, at 56 meters above sea level. The hike goes the first part along the edge of the reserve, with a fantastic view. On a good day, all the way to the sea. After that, the rest of the hike goes through Tved plantation and southward.
The hike is marked with yellow arrows - an alternative shorter route is marked with blue arrows. The path goes through hilly terrain and at places also has loose sand. Therefore, it might be a good idea to wear hiking boots.
The hike is 2.6 km long.
