Start your tour at the shelter site in Vilslev and take a small detour to the west to experience the old customs house with Frederik VII's monogram on the gable. Here lay the westernmost customs office of the Kongeå boundary from 1791 to 1851. Along the way on the round trip, you will find an information sign that tells more about the area's history.
The Kongeå Path is a primitive but clearly marked footpath that stretches a total of 68.5 kilometers. The route is divided into 10 stages and 5 loops, each offering unique natural experiences and exciting cultural history along the Kongeå River. Read more at www.kongeaastien.dk.
