The route navigates the rider through an area with vulnerable and rare natural types. With consideration for protection, the intention has been to create a route that provides the greatest possible and varied nature experiences in a landscape that shifts from beach to heath, through plantations to open fields and fresh lakes.
Along the way, four rest enclosures are passed, which are established in connection with shelter sites. A rest enclosure is a small pen with a water trough and a limited possibility for feed (grass).
