Start the 20 km long trip at Sinebjerg beach. It is not recommended to cross between Sinebjerg and Lyø in bad weather. Also paddle close along the coast around Lyø. Respect the two bird reserves during the breeding season. There is a great chance of seeing porpoises in the waters around the island.
