The route starts and ends at Gateway Square on the forest road Plesnersvej just before the toilet. The route is designed so that one can run together in a group, as one moves through the obstacles just like a military obstacle course. The last 3 pieces of equipment (where you cannot pass through) are for the stomach/back and are located at the corner of the nature playground.
