The Museu d'Art Contemporani de Barcelona (MACBA) is a museum for modern and contemporary art in Barcelona, Spain.
The museum was designed by American architect Richard Meier and opened on November 28, 1995. The collection includes works by Spanish and Catalan artists from the post-1950 period. In addition, international art is also represented.
The modern, white building is located at Plaça Angels 1. The nearest metro station is Plaça de Catalunya.
