The Castillo de Valcorneja is a castle in El Barco de Ávila, a municipality in the province of Ávila in the autonomous region of Castile and León, which was built in the 15th century. The castle, standing on a hill, is a protected monument.
The castle, located upstream of the Tormes, was a fortress for monitoring the mountain passes. A part of the outer wall has been preserved. Inside is the actual castle with a square floor plan and four corner towers. Access is via a rounded archway. The rectangular main tower, which dominates the complex, is connected to the other towers by a wall walk.
