Águilas is a railway station, of terminal character, located in the Spanish city of Águilas, in the Region of Murcia. It is part of the C-2 line of Cercanías Murcia/Alicante. In addition, the bus station is located nearby.
Historically, Águilas has been a prominent station and in the past it had numerous railway facilities, such as general workshops, a locomotive depot, garages, docks, and freight warehouses, etc. Originally, it constituted the terminal of the Almendricos-Águilas line and had significant freight traffic from mineral trains coming from eastern Andalucía, which deposited their cargo in merchant ships in Águilas. Currently, the Central Repair Workshop remains operational, being one of the main ones in the Southeast area.
