Ripoll is a railway station owned by Adif on the R3 line of Rodalies de Catalunya that operates as a Medium Distance service. It is located in the municipality of the same name. It is the head of some services of the R3. The station is the connection between the Barcelona-Ripoll line and the Ripoll-Puigcerdà line, where trains of the R3 Cercanías de Cataluña circulate, operated by Renfe, which, despite being part of the suburban network, does not have a pricing structure as such. In 2021, it was used by 125,708 passengers, corresponding to the suburban services.[1] This represents an increase of 22,473 passengers compared to the previous year and a relative increase of 21.77%.
