Guadix is a railway station located in the Spanish municipality of Guadix, in the province of Granada, autonomous community of Andalusia. It offers medium and long-distance services operated by Renfe. The facilities also serve logistical functions. Historically, the station constituted an important railway hub, as the routes of the Linares-Almería and Murcia-Granada lines diverged there. Due to the significant traffic it handled, Guadix had a locomotive depot, garages, workshops, and freight docks. Additionally, a population center developed around the railway complex. However, the closure in 1985 of the Almanzora railway led to a reduction in traffic, resulting in a loss of importance for the station. Currently, the facilities are part of the Adif network.
