The Delfín Tower is a proposed 23-story residential skyscraper standing 95 meters tall that will be built in Benidorm, Spain. Despite its not very tall height, it will stand out for its sail-shaped silhouette and for being one of the first residential buildings in Spain to receive LEED Gold certification from the US Green Building Council. It will be located on the beachfront on part of the plot occupied by the Gran Hotel Delfín. The plot's segregation license was granted by the Benidorm City Council in mid-July 2017. The company promoting the project was registered in October 2016, is located in Callosa d'en Sarrià, and belongs to businessman Sergio Vidal Balaguer.
