The coastal defense tower of En Penjat, called Stuart tower by the British during their rule of Menorca, is a Martello tower built on the hill of Turc next to Fort Marlborough at the cove of Sant Esteve. It was built by the English in 1789. It is one of the few that can be accessed and is in good condition. It was used to protect the entrance to the port of Mahón. It belongs to the Ministry of Defense of Spain.
