Cross of the Ordal Port

The Cruz del Puerto de Ordal or Cruz de Ordal is a boundary cross located in the Puerto de Ordal, municipality of Subirats, designated as a Good of Local Cultural Interest.[1]​[2]​

It is a boundary cross to demarcate lands, standing at 5.30 meters tall, with 3 octagonal steps of 0.19 m; the base is also octagonal at 0.90 m, as are the column and the capital. The capital features relief figures; four of evangelists and the rest represent the patrons of the neighboring parishes: Saint Peter, Saint Matthew, Saint Stephen, and Saint Isidro. It also has 4 heraldic slogans. On top of the capital, there is a cross with the image of Christ on the north side, and on the south side, that of the Virgin of Mercy. The base is decorated with an inscription of its blessing that says: NOVITER AEDIFICATA AC BENEDICTA XVIII-MAII-MCMLII [3]​
