The Sierra de Herrera is a Spanish mountain range located in the regions of Campo de Daroca and the Comarca del Jiloca, between the provinces of Zaragoza and Teruel, in Aragon. It is part of the mountain ranges of the Iberian System.
At the highest point of the mountain range, there is a hermitage or sanctuary in honor of the Virgin of the Sierra, with its earliest constructions dating from the 16th century, of which only later ones from the 17th and 18th centuries have been preserved.[1] The ascent to it starts from the town of Herrera de los Navarros, on a short path of great interest.[2]
