The Historic Site of the Villa de Covarrubias is a protected historical site in the Spanish town of Covarrubias, in the province of Burgos, which has the status of Asset of Cultural Interest.
The group of Covarrubias is located in the southern half of the province of Burgos on the banks of the Arlanza River. It has three parts or neighborhoods. One, the old walled area, which with a ribbed shape reaches the river. There are two more neighborhoods, the plain across the river and another on the highest part of the hillside around the road. In the old town there are several spacious spaces or squares of a really outstanding interest. [1]
