Major Street of Pont de Suert

The Carrer Major is a work of Pont de Suert included in the Inventory of Architectural Heritage of Catalonia.

Main street of the town, formed by a grouping of artisan houses between party walls attached to the old urban fabric. The buildings, two to three stories high, have cellars, porches on the ground floor, and pitched roofs over the street, with eaves and overhangs, of medieval type, and roofs made of Arabic tiles. The plastering of the facades and interiors is very deteriorated. This street that seems like a "cul de Sac," has exits through two porticoed streets, beneath the medieval arches.
