The Rons is a river that flows through the municipality of Pontevedra and flows into the Lérez, in its last section, in the Marismas d'Alba Park, in the northern part of the city of Pontevedra. Its mouth in the river Lérez is located in the sector of the Corrientes, so called because at this point the currents of the rivers Rons and the river Lérez and the waters of the estuary of Pontevedra meet.
