The House of Iberoamérica, former royal prison, is a cultural center that currently hosts a large number of events and exhibitions of all kinds, also related to Latin America . The permanent exhibitions include the collection of artworks by José Félix Llopis.
The building they stay in is the most important in the illustration of Cadiz. Its construction began in 1794 based on a project by Torcuato Bejumeda and was completed in 1836.
