Winter stage of 64 km between Collado del Espino and Posada de Los Arrieros, presenting a technical challenge in Sierra Nevada. With 1,821 m of accumulated elevation and more than 90% unpaved surface, it requires endurance and mastery of the bicycle on technical terrain. It traverses solitary high mountain places, avoiding vehicle traffic and delving into rural landscapes where the cold and wind set the pace. Ideal for cyclists looking to push their limits in a demanding and little-traveled environment.
