The summit of Col du Wilsbach is located approximately in the middle of the Route des Cinq Châteaux. This scenic route is generally not accessible to motorized traffic and takes you through beautiful forests from Wintzenheim to Husseren-les-Châteaux.
The col itself is about 8 to 9 kilometers long from both directions with an elevation gain of 390 meters. The average gradient is therefore around 4.5 %.
