The sculptor Antoine Bourdelle lived and worked in this house-studio in the Montparnasse district from 1885 until his death in 1929. Expanded to accommodate temporary exhibitions and the permanent collection, the museum still seems to be inhabited by the artist. Hundreds of statues, paintings, photographs and memorabilia line the tour. Among the treasures on display is the famous archer Heracles, located in one of the three gardens.
