Servières-le-Château

Servières-le-Château is a French commune located in the Corrèze department, in the Nouvelle-Aquitaine region.
In the south of the Corrèze department, the commune of Servières-le-Château covers an area of 24.24 km2. It is situated on the left bank of the Dordogne, which borders the communal territory to the west at the level of the holding lakes of the Chastang and Argentat dams. Its tributary, the Glane, converges with the Dordogne on the communal territory, downstream from the Glane dam of Servières and its reservoir, Lake Feyt. Although most of the commune is located on the left bank of the Dordogne, a minimal portion of the territory is on the opposite bank, at the locations known as La Roche du Port and Le Port, facing Glény.
