Entrains-sur-Nohain is a French commune with 748 inhabitants in the Nièvre department in the Bourgogne-Franche-Comté region. It belongs to the Clamecy arrondissement and the Clamecy canton. The commune is located about 45 kilometers southwest of Auxerre on the border with the neighboring Yonne department. Neighboring communes include Sainpuits to the north, Étais-la-Sauvin to the northeast, Billy-sur-Oisy and Corvol-l’Orgueilleux to the east, La Chapelle-Saint-André to the southeast, Menestreau to the south, Ciez to the southwest, and Bouhy to the northwest.
