Morizès is a commune with 549 inhabitants in the French department of Gironde. It belongs to the canton of Le Réolais et Les Bastides in the Arrondissement of Langon. The inhabitants are called Morizéens. Morizès is located about 45 kilometers southeast of Bordeaux on the Dropt, which borders the commune to the east. Morizès is surrounded by the neighboring communes of Saint-Exupéry to the north, Camiran to the northeast, Les Esseintes to the east, Gironde-sur-Dropt to the south and southeast, Casseuil to the south and southwest, Sainte-Foy-la-Longue to the west, and Saint-Laurent-du-Plan to the northwest.
