Marnoz is a French commune located in the Jura department in the Bourgogne-Franche-Comté region. Its inhabitants are called the Manoulis.
Louis Pasteur lived there for three years with his entire family from 1827 to 1830. They stayed in the family home of his mother Étiennette, Roqui by her maiden name, who was born in this village. The square located in front of the town hall is now named "Étiennette Roqui".
