The col du Noyer is a mountain pass separating the valleys of Champsaur and Dévoluy in the Hautes-Alpes. At an altitude of 1,664 m, it is located between Pic Ponsin and Tête du Tourneau. It crosses the eastern ridge of the limestone massif of Dévoluy.
It is characterized by a very steep slope on the Champsaur side, and a relatively flat slope on the Dévoluy side.
The road to the pass remains closed for nearly 6 months a year due to snow and frequent rockfalls.
At the summit, there is a Napoleon refuge converted into a bar-restaurant-souvenir shop.
