Col du Noyer er en pas, der adskiller dalene Champaur og Dévoluy i Hautes-Alpes. Med en højde på 1.664 m ligger det mellem Pic Ponsin og Tête du Tourneau. Det krydser den østlige ryg af kalkmassivet Dévoluy.
Det er kendetegnet ved en meget stejl skråning mod Champaur og en relativt flad inderside mod Dévoluy.
Vejen over passet er lukket i næsten 6 måneder om året på grund af snefald og hyppige stenfald.
På toppen findes et refuge Napoléon, der er omdannet til bar-restaurant-souvenir.
