De col du Noyer is een pas die de valleien van Champsaur en Dévoluy in de Hautes-Alpes scheidt. Op een hoogte van 1.664 m ligt hij tussen de Pic Ponsin en de Tête du Tourneau. Hij overschrijdt de oostelijke kam van het kalksteengebergte van Dévoluy.
Het is gekenmerkt door een steile helling aan de Champsaur-zijde en een relatief vlakke helling aan de interne zijde van Dévoluy.
De weg naar de pas is bijna 6 maanden per jaar gesloten vanwege de sneeuwval en frequente steenval.
Op de top bevindt zich een refuge Napoléon die is omgebouwd tot een bar-restaurant-souvenir.
