Saint-Yved Abbey Church of the 12th century (MH).
Commissioned by Agnès de Baudement (wife of Robert 1st of Dreux).
It was the necropolis of the Bourbon-Dreux family. Marked by the vicissitudes of history, it still bears witness to the early ages of Gothic architecture.
The tympanum of the central portal, which was saved, has been reconstructed on the reverse side of the current façade. Deprived of 4 bays, the nave with triple elevation merges with the transept through a remarkable lantern tower rising to 33m. Painted wooden statues, stained glass, reliquary. Free or guided visit by reservation at the Tourist Office.
