Puy-d'Arnac

Puy-d'Arnac is a French commune located in the Corrèze department in the Nouvelle-Aquitaine region. The climate that characterizes the commune is described, in 2010, as "altered oceanic climate," according to the typology of climates in France, which then counted eight major types of climates in the metropolitan area. In 2020, the commune falls under the same type of climate in the classification established by Météo-France, which now counts, at first glance, only five major types of climates in the metropolitan area. It is a transition zone between oceanic climate, mountain climate, and semi-continental climate. The temperature differences between winter and summer increase with the distance from the sea. Rainfall is lower than by the sea, except near the reliefs.
