Otterswiller is a French commune with 1,312 inhabitants in the canton of Saverne in the Bas-Rhin department in the Grand Est region.
The commune at the foot of the Northern Vosges is located three kilometers south of the town of Saverne. The other neighboring communes are Schwenheim to the southeast, Marmoutier to the south, and Gottenhouse to the southwest.
