The Argentat dam, also known as the Sablier dam, is a French dam located on the Dordogne River, two kilometers upstream from the town of Argentat, in the municipality of Argentat-sur-Dordogne, in the Corrèze department. The Argentat dam, built between 1954 and 1957, is used to produce energy through a hydroelectric power plant.
