Mont Beuvray, with an elevation of 821 meters, is one of the highest mountains of the Morvan in Bourgogne-Franche-Comté, France. The mountain is located in the municipalities of Saint-Léger-sous-Beuvray, Glux-en-Glenne, and Larochemillay, near Autun.
At the summit of this mountain stood Bibracte, a Gallic fortified town. The hill, which is now largely forested, was then completely bare. On the slopes of the mountain in Saint-Léger-sous-Beuvray, a museum dedicated to Celtic civilization has been established since 1995. On the mountain, there is a stone monument in honor of Jacques-Gabriel Bulliot, an archaeologist from Autun who contributed to the 19th-century excavations in Bibracte.
