The Notre-Dame church is located in the municipality of Annonay, in the Ardèche department in the Auvergne-Rhône-Alpes region. Its neo-Romanesque-Byzantine architecture is the work of architects Joannis Rey, Georges Allingry, and Théodore Joly. The building is situated in the historic center of Annonay, on the Place des Forges. It replaces another church of the same name, which was located on the Place de la Liberté.
