This parish church of the Badernes district, of very old foundation, takes its name from a bishop of Cahors of the VIth century. Its construction is the result of several periods between the 12th and 19th centuries.
The Romanesque portal with billets, which can be seen on the south wall, was probably abandoned at the beginning of the 14th century in favor of the large arched portal on the west wall.
The latter, bordered by niches with statues and a rather crude frieze of foliage, presents a medieval statue of the Virgin and Child, partly modified.
