Petit Ouvrage du Bois Karre

In a 1-hour tour, discover or rediscover the Maginot Line in one of the best preserved and renovated works. Maintained in its original state and partially renovated, the tour takes you back in time to the troubled interwar period. You'll be able to see a machine-gun turret in working order, the firing chambers, the original generators, the sleeping quarters and a functional kitchen. You can also admire the outside trenches.
The inside temperature is 11°, so bring warm clothes and good shoes!
Visit at 2.30pm only!

For technical reasons, our volunteers are no longer able to show you the Bois-Karre structure. Visits are therefore suspended.
