Hotel Restaurant Euzkadi has been owned by the same family since 1873. From a well-known inn, thanks to the large markets held every Wednesday in Espelette, the hotel restaurant has been transformed over the generations, and today boasts 27 rooms, a large dining room, a bar, a cellar and private parking.
Today, the 5th generation of the family is constantly striving to combine tradition and modernity. Respectful of our heritage, our territory and our terroir. Proud to carry on and pass on the family heritage.
