The Col de Perty at 1,302 meters above sea level connects Saint-Auban-sur-l'Ouvèze to the west and Orpierre to the east. It is located in the Baronnies massif, east of the Clavelière mountain, in the Drôme department between the communes of Montauban-sur-l'Ouvèze on the west side and Laborel on the east side. It is also located just north of the Chamouse mountain, a hiking hotspot in the Baronnies Provençales Regional Natural Park.
